Baker Tilly JHB Incorporated is a firm of registered auditors and business advisers situated in Johannesburg, with offices in Mulbarton. Through Baker Tilly JHB Services Proprietary Limited we provide accounting, taxation and company secretarial services. Baker Tilly JHB is an independent member of Baker Tilly International.

After completing a Bachelor of Accounting degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2004, Ronelle entered her learnership at Russell James and Company.
Completing her Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science degree at Unisa in 2004 and her learnership in 2007, Ronelle wrote the Public Accountants and Auditors Board examination and was admitted to the Board in 2007.
In 2011 Ronelle was admitted as a partner at Russell James and Company.
Crystal joined the firm as a trainee accountant in January 2007 and obtained her B Com (Acc) Degree from the University of Johannesburg in 2011 and complete her CTA in 2013. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2014 and as a Registered Auditor in 2021.
She was admitted as a director in March 2022.
Baker Tilly JHB Services
Having completed his Bachelor of Accounting degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in 1983, Russell signed his learnership agreement with Charles Orbach and Company in the same year.
After successfully completing his Public Accountants and Auditors Board examinations in 1984, Russell registered in private practice in 1985. Russell remained in the employ of Charles Orbach and Company until mid-1988 at which time he resigned and established Russell James and Company.
Charl joined the firm as a trainee accountant in January 2007, and obtained his Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree from the University of South Africa in 2013. He qualified as a Professional Accountant (SA) in 2019.
He was appointed as a director in March 2022.
